Gentle stroking of a bal as shown in the videos on the website is permitted but it is not designe for actual rallying and playing. Doing so might damage the device or cause some minor scratches.

GZ will bring instant sensory awareness of the ideal point of contact between racquet and ball in relationship with the body. This awareness induces good footwork, knee bend and use of the larger muscles as the body automatically adjusts to find that point of contact. All the strokes of tennis are learned quickly and with no growing pains. The pronation of the wrist for the serve, one of the trickiest things to learn for beginners, isinduced instantly. Both Eastern ans semi western forehands as well as single handed and two handed backhands are learned effortlessly. For the two hander, use the left hand or non dominant device. Ball toss and volleys are also easily learnt.

Practice bringing your arm up with GZ flush against your wrist and then snap your wrist forward. Accuracy and swing will increase phenomenally. Also very useful for fielding/throwing the ball. The throwing accuracy, both overarm and underarm, improve exponentially.
